Lesson content is generated by Google Gemini AI. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate language.
• You are responsible for reviewing content before using it in a classroom.
• LingoSpark makes no guarantee about the accuracy or pedagogical suitability of generated materials.

7. Intellectual Property

The LingoSpark name, logo, and interface design are our intellectual property.

Lesson content generated through the Service based on your topic input may be used freely for personal and classroom purposes. You may not resell generated content or incorporate it into a competing product without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability
